On the 25th of November, the statue of Giulio Ricordi has finally found its permanent and fitting place in Largo Ghiringhelli, in Milan, in front of the windows where the historic Ricordi store once was. The Archivio Storico Ricordi has contributed to the restoration of the white marble sculpture commissioned by friends and company employees from the sculptor Luigi Secchi in 1922, and placed in via Berchet where the company’s headquarters were at the time. It then was transferred to the structure in viale Campania, and finally taken to the little garden of the Ricordi offices in via Salomone.
